Ordering Information
You may order merchandise online through our secure shopping cart, by telephone, fax or USPS mail. We respond to Custom Order inquiries as soon as possible with a product price and shipping charges. Custom orders can only be taken via mail, fax and telephone. Do not email credit card information.

Shipping Policy
To ensure that our products are perfectly figured (no knots or blemishes), mouldings ship in 3' or 4' lenghts. If you need a specific length, please indicate that in ordering.

Paradisio uses a commercial pack and ship service, which adds a few dollars but ensures that your frames or mouldings arrive intact. All shipping costs are actual. If preferred, you may bill to your own carrier account, but packing charges still apply. Contact us for shipping rates to other locations or to use FedEx/UPS premium services.

Privacy Policy
Paradiso does not allow anyone access to our customer records. Your personal information will not be sold, rented or traded with any third party.

Paradisio, may use your information to contact you via e-mail, USPS mail, or telephone, regarding your order, to answer your questions or in the course of promotional materials. When you submit any information to this site, you will have an option to decline to receive these promotional materials. If you have already submitted and wish to change your status, please send an email to info@paradisio.biz, subject opt-out and text with your name, address and telephone number, so that we may make that change.

In the course of a transaction that is processed by a third party financial institution, that third party will have use of the personal information you provide only to complete the transaction.
